Coal Mining
Owns five coal mining concessions through its subsidiaries PT Sungai Danau Jaya (SDJ), PT Tanah Bumbu Resources (TBR), PT Bumi Enggang Khatulistiwa (BEK) and PT Surya Tambang Tolindo (STT) in Kalimantan, Indonesia, and PT Triaryani (TRA) in South Sumatra. The Group also owns a 49% equity stake in PT Internasional Prima Coal (IPC) in Kalimantan, Indonesia as a joint venture with PT Bukit Asam Tbk, a state-owned coal mining company and one of the largest coal producers in Indonesia.

On 8 January 2026, Geo Energy completed the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in established Indonesian shipping companies specializing in commodity logistics, including coal and other non-mining products in Indonesia. This strategic move enables us to rapidly expand our supporting fleet, optimize logistics for the TRA coal mine and MBJ jetty operations, and diversify revenue streams through third-party barging services.
