Owns five coal mining concessions through its subsidiaries PT Sungai Danau Jaya (SDJ), PT Tanah Bumbu Resources (TBR), PT Bumi Enggang Khatulistiwa (BEK) and PT Surya Tambang Tolindo (STT) in Kalimantan, Indonesia, and PT Triaryani (TRA) in South Sumatra. The Group also owns a 49% equity stake in PT Internasional Prima Coal (IPC) in Kalimantan, Indonesia as a joint venture with PT Bukit Asam Tbk, a state-owned coal mining company and one of the largest coal producers in Indonesia.

SDJ concession is located in South Kalimantan with low ash low sulphur coal characteristics. SDJ covers an area of 235.5 ha and is located in Angsana and Sungai Lohan sub districts of the Tanah Bumbu regency in the South Kalimantan Province of Indonesia

TBR concession is located immediately adjacent to SDJ. TBR covers an area of 489.1 ha and is located in the Angsana and Sungai Lohan sub-districts of the Tanah Bumbu regency in the South Kalimantan Province of Indonesia. TBR holds an IUP Operasi Produksi effective through to 10 January 2028.

Triaryani

TRA concession is in South Sumatra and with projected mine life of 15 years. TRA mining concession covers an area of 2,143 ha and is located in Musi Rawas Utara Regency, South Sumatera Province, Indonesia, approximately 200km from the airport in Jambi City. TRA holds an IUP Operasi Produksi effective through 22 May 2030.
